KFC has announced it will replace trans-fat heavy hydrogenated oils with a healthier soybean oil by April of this year. Those who know me know that my back deck overlooks what could probably be described as the crappiest KFC in all of Seattle. And you also probably know that I have been tempted many times by the sweet smell of the Colonel's chicken. As a fried chicken enthusiast I can whole-heartily say that I am not taking this news very well.
